Yes. Athletes can create a free account and use the core training and coach-connection experience. Optional premium capabilities may be available separately.
Striden supports Garmin Connect, Strava, WHOOP, and Fitbit. The specific devices and data available depend on the account and API support provided by each platform.
Yes. Striden has native companion apps for iOS and Android, so you can view your schedule, open workout details, message your coach, follow training context, and receive supported notifications on mobile.
