Striden is a coaching and athlete management platform that enables coaches to create training plans, track athlete progress, and facilitate communication between coaches and athletes. The Service includes integration with third-party fitness platforms such as Garmin and Strava.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions)
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

5. Coach-Athlete Relationships
Striden facilitates connections between coaches and athletes within organizations. By using the Service:
- Coaches acknowledge responsibility for the training plans they create and advice they provide
- Athletes understand that training recommendations are for informational purposes and should be adapted to individual fitness levels
- Both parties agree to maintain professional and respectful communication
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Garmin, Strava). Your use of these integrations is subject to:
- The terms and conditions of those third-party services
- Any permissions you grant when connecting your accounts
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Striden and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create (such as training plans and notes), but grant us a license to use, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Training recommendations provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRIDEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
